RRP is a vendor neutral organisation that has a flexible bench of fully accredited Cisco, Nortel, Avaya and Mitel engineers. This is very attractive to our clients as it means they don’t have to keep engineers on their payroll, so, if there is not enough work for the engineers you are not paying them, which equals reduced costs.
RRP can supply all levels of engineers from box shifters (IMAC) right through to high end CCIE’s and CCVP. Our engineers are called upon time and time again so we have good utilisation rates; this means that you can rest assured that the resource provided is a trusted one. All engineers are fully referenced and we can technically test them too, so you know you are getting the right person. (Testing comes at no extra cost).
We provide resource for contracts of any length from an afternoon installing routers, right through to 12 months anywhere in the UK and Europe. Our turnaround time from receiving the requirement is approximately 4-6 hours. We use a unique rate card for our pricing structure. This is designed for both Professional and Managed service providers. It allows you to budget and plan for future projects and resource by providing competitive market rates.
